Located in the scenic Waushara County, Preston Place Assisted Living is licensed by the State of Wisconsin Department of Health & Family Services as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) and/or a Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC).
Preston Place Assisted Living offers trained staff 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, individualized case management, medication administration and monitoring, diabetic care, assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, treatments, transfers, ambulation, help with transportation arrangements, church services, pharmacy delivery daily, scheduled activities, three meals a day, laundry, and housekeeping services.
